Resident Life

The residents at Windsor South enjoy all of our community features, including our beautifully manicured grounds and pool located in the courtyard. Our residents enjoy Windsor South Apartment Homes so much that they stay for many years – we have several residents that have been with us anywhere from seven to 18 years. In fact, we've found that many residents who have moved out of state return to Windsor South Apartment Homes when they move back to Minnesota. This creates a wonderful hometown atmosphere where residents greet one another by name.
